לטם הוא הארגון המוביל בארץ בהעצמת ילדים ובוגרים עם מוגבלויות, על ידי פעילות מודרכת בחיק הטבע. מתוך ההכרה בתרומת היציאה לטבע לאיכות החיים של כל אדם, העמותה מבקשת להנגיש את חוויות הטיול לכלל האוכלוסייה. אנחנו מדריכים ילדים ובוגרים עם מוגבלות: פיזית, שכלית, חושית, נפשית, תקשורת ואוכלוסיות בסיכון.

חוות עמק השלום

בלב פנינת טבע ירוקה, במקום ציורי וקסום שוכנת חוות עמק השלום. החווה נגישה ומציעה למבקרים שלל סדנאות ופעילויות מותאמות ומונגשות לכל קבוצה.

בחווה ניתן להתנסות בהפעלת מתקנים חקלאיים מסורתיים, לעבור סדנאות בנושאי אקולוגיה, קיימות, סובלנות וקבלת השונה.

חוגי הטבע הינם פעילות קבועה על בסיס שבועי אשר מתקיימת במסגרות החינוך המיוחד. חוגי הטבע חושפים את המשתתפים לטבע הקיים והמשתנה במרחב בו הם חיים. זאת דרך הכרת תופעות ומושגים מעולם הטבע, בדרך מותאמת המשלבת אגדות, יצירה, ניסויים ובישולים.

הפעילות מתקיימת מותאמת מבחינה פיזית ומתודית לבוגרים וצעירים עם צרכים מיוחדים ומזמנת למשתתפים חוויה מיוחדת של העשרה לצד העצמה וגיבוש חברתי.

ימי טבע

עמותת לטם מתמחה בהדרכת טיולים לאנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים: כבדי ראיה או עיוורים, כבדי שמיעה או חרשים, בעלי פיגור שכלי ברמות שונות, בעלי נכות פיזית , בעלי לקות נפשית וכן ילדים, נשים ונוער בסיכון. ייחודה של עמותת לטם, ביכולת להתאים את מסלול הטיול ליכולות של כל קבוצה, הן מבחינה פיזית והן מבחינה קוגניטיבית.

ההדרכה מתבצעת בקבוצות קטנות. במהלך הטיול נעזרים המדריכים באמצעי המחשה רבים ובהפעלות מגוונות. במידת הצורך ניתן הסבר פרטני לזקוקים לכך.

המסלולים שלנו מחולקים לפי רמות נגישות, בכדי לאפשר לכם לתכנן את הטיול המתאים ביותר.

מייסד ומנכ"ל עמותת לטם

רב סרן במיל’ ובעל רקע במנהל עסקים וניסיון ניהולי. בשנת 1993 יזם והקים את עמותת לטם ומאז משמש כמנהל העמותה. במסגרת תפקידו יזם עמוס את הקמת השביל הנגיש בנחל השופט והקמת המרחב הביוספרי ברמת מנשה. כמו כן היה שותף בצוות הנגשת אגן העיר העתיקה בירושלים ובצוות שקידם חקיקה לנגישות בשטחים פתוחים בנציבות שוויון לאנשים עם מוגבלויות במשרד המשפטים.

מנהלת את תחום ההדרכה בלטם- בטיולים, בחוגים ובחוות עמק השלום. אוהבת טבע ואוהבת הרפתקאות. מאמינה ברוח האדם ושלכל אחד ואחת מגיעים חיים מלאים.

בעלת תואר שני בלימודי עבודה מאוניברסיטת ת"א עם השלמות מבי"ס לבריאות ציבורית באוניברסיטת הרווארד ותואר ראשון בהיסטוריה מהאוניברסיטה העברית. מביאה ללטם ניסיון בניהול עמותות וארגונים ללא מטרות רווח בארץ ובארה"ב.
