לטם הוא הארגון המוביל בארץ בהעצמת ילדים ובוגרים עם מוגבלויות, על ידי פעילות מודרכת בחיק הטבע. מתוך ההכרה בתרומת היציאה לטבע לאיכות החיים של כל אדם, העמותה מבקשת להנגיש את חוויות הטיול לכלל האוכלוסייה. אנחנו מדריכים ילדים ובוגרים עם מוגבלות: פיזית, שכלית, חושית, נפשית, תקשורת ואוכלוסיות בסיכון.

חוות עמק השלום

בלב פנינת טבע ירוקה, במקום ציורי וקסום שוכנת חוות עמק השלום. החווה נגישה ומציעה למבקרים שלל סדנאות ופעילויות מותאמות ומונגשות לכל קבוצה.

עמותת לטם מתמחה בהדרכת טיולים לאנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים: כבדי ראיה או עיוורים, כבדי שמיעה או חרשים, בעלי פיגור שכלי ברמות שונות, בעלי נכות פיזית , בעלי לקות נפשית וכן ילדים, נשים ונוער בסיכון. ייחודה של עמותת לטם, ביכולת להתאים את מסלול הטיול ליכולות של כל קבוצה, הן מבחינה פיזית והן מבחינה קוגניטיבית.

ההדרכה מתבצעת בקבוצות קטנות. במהלך הטיול נעזרים המדריכים באמצעי המחשה רבים ובהפעלות מגוונות. במידת הצורך ניתן הסבר פרטני לזקוקים לכך.

רב סרן במיל’ ובעל רקע במנהל עסקים וניסיון ניהולי. בשנת 1993 יזם והקים את עמותת לטם ומאז משמש כמנהל העמותה. במסגרת תפקידו יזם עמוס את הקמת השביל הנגיש בנחל השופט והקמת המרחב הביוספרי ברמת מנשה. כמו כן היה שותף בצוות הנגשת אגן העיר העתיקה בירושלים ובצוות שקידם חקיקה לנגישות בשטחים פתוחים בנציבות שוויון לאנשים עם מוגבלויות במשרד המשפטים.
